Salespod will be offered by Bell and AppDirect.

The Croatian mobile sales startup Salespod has just landed a deal to be officially offered to Bell’s 500,000 business users through a partnership with the business web application market AppDirect. Salespod will be featured along 30 other web applications in Canada with the release of the new version that features not only mobile sales automation but also a collaborative tool which Salespod’s Marko Kovac describes as a Facebook and Foursquare for business users.

Salespod has been growing and developing rapidly in the last year since they got a seed investment from CRANE, the Croatian business angel’s network (in Croatian). Salespod and another company got around 800,000 kunas of capital for their projects. Salespod has managed to get a number of enterprise clients in Croatia and the region, including Badel 1862 and L’Oreal Adria. Bell will be the second telecom to offer Salespod after Vipnet from Croatia.

Ivan, just to help you out with advanced mathematical analysis (I understant, your major being sociology…), 800,000 HRK is cca € 100,000. Just let me know any time you need more help with math :-)
